This is a civil action brought by the plaintiff to remove the defendant from the office of judge of the County Court of the county of McIntosh. The District Court, sitting without a jury, and. after a trial of the action upon its merits, made and filed its findings, including findings of both law and fact, and thereby fully exonerated the defendant from the various charges against him, as set forth in the complaint.
