This is an action in eminent domain for the purpose of condemning certain parcels of land for use as a part of what is known as the Cajalco Reservoir in Riverside County. The action was brought on March 11, 1935. On August 21, 1935, an order was made pursuant to section 14 of article I of the Constitution of the state granting to the plaintiff the right of immediate possession and use of the land upon the deposit in court of certain sums of money as security.
