This suit was filed by Royal Petroleum Corporation against B. B. and G. E. Caster, husband and wife, the Republic National Bank & Trust Company of Dallas, Allen *754K. Puckett, and the Shell Petroleum Corporation. For convenience the parties named will be designated as the Royal, the Casters, the Bank, Puckett, and the Shell.
The controversy arose out of the following facts:
