LOONEY, Justice.

Appellant, Shell Petroleum Corporation, appealed from an adverse judgment, and, although the pleadings are voluminous and complex, the material facts are practically undisputed, and, in our opinion, show that the trial court rendered the only judgment that properly could have been rendered.
