In this no-fault automobile insurance coverage case, plaintiff-appellant Timothy John Barabin appeals from the judgment of the First Circuit Court entered in favor of defendants-appellees AIG Hawaii Insurance Company, Inc. (AIG) and American International Adjustment Company, Inc. (AIAC) [hereinafter, collectively, appellees].
