This civil action seeks relief from the effects of alleged illegal discriminatory employment practices by Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Kaiser”). A trial was scheduled on plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction; however, by stipulation of all of the parties the trial was conducted on the merits of plaintiffs’ request for a permanent injunction.
