MEMORANDUM OPINION
SUE L. ROBINSON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs nineteen- count amended complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. For reasons discussed below, the motion will be denied. Certain duplicative counts included in the amended complaint will, however, be dismissed.
