Pursuant to the Mortgage Commission Act (Laws of 1935, chap. 19, as amd.), the Mortgage Commission of the State of New York has promulgated a plan for readjustment of a certificated mortgage covering premises located at No. 1175 Evergreen avenue, in the county of Bronx, city and State of New York, payment of principal and interest of the mortgage having been guaranteed by the Bond and Mortgage Guarantee Company.
