*1274We affirm. Supreme Court properly permitted the jury to hear the deposition testimony of one of plaintiff’s treating orthopedic surgeons, Russell Cecil, as to whether Alloway met the applicable standard of medical care for physician’s assistants in the emergency department. The record clearly demonstrates that Cecil had the skill, training, education, knowledge and experience in orthopedic surgery from which it could be assumed that his opinion as to the proper treatment of a tibial plateau fracture was reliable (see Matter of Sundaram v Novello, 53 AD3d 804, 806 [2008], lv denied 11 NY3d 708…
