Plaintiff Technic Engineering, Limited f/k/a Fitzroy Engineering, Ltd. (“Technic”) has filed an eight-count Third Amended Complaint against Defendants Basic Envi-rotech, Inc. (“Envirotech”), Basic International, Inc. (“Basic International”) and John N. Basic, Sr., John Basic, Jr., Marijo Basic and Margaret Mary “Peggy” Basic (the “Individual Defendants”).
