This controversy involves a consideration of the respective duties and powers of the attorney-general and .county attorney — the question whether the attorney-general may control a liquor prosecution without the concurrence of, or in opposition to, *666the county attorney. The defendant imparted information to the attorney-general concerning a violation of the prohibitory liquor law.
