OPINION ON REHEARING

FELIPE REYNA, Justice.

Appellant Rhonda Moncrief has filed a motion for rehearing requesting, among other things, leave to file a supplemental brief addressing whether subsections 263.405(b) and 263.405© as applied to her case violate her right to due process. A majority of the justices granted this request and directed the parties to file supplemental briefs on this issue. See 10th TexApp. (Waco) Loe. R. 12(f); see also Tex.R.App. P. 38.7.
