OPINION

JENKINS, Special Justice.

This is a case wherein the employer, Tom Still Transfer Company, Inc., has appealed from a decree awarding certain benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Laws to the employee, Jimmy Don Way.

The employee was engaged as a helper on transfer trucks. On January 23, 1971, while unloading a container weighing approximately one hundred pounds, he experienced a sharp pain in his back following which he became dizzy and nauseous and so advised a fellow employee.
