This is a workmen’s compensation case wherein the employer and its insurer appeal from a judgment awarding employee, West, compensation based upon a finding of forty percent permanent partial disability to the body as a whole. Although the record contains more than 400 typewritten pages, it will, of course, he unnecessary to consider the testimony further than to ascertain whether there is any substantial evidence to sustain the finding of the Court.
