This adversary action has been brought before this Court on appeal of the plaintiff, Erin Pettit, from the November 17, 1998 Order of Bankruptcy Judge Thomas M. Twardowski granting the motion of defendants Jerome Smith and Charles Coleman for summary judgment. Under the • authority of 28 U.S.C. § 158 and for the reasons which follow, we shall affirm Judge Twardowski’s order.
