Pending before the Court is a motion for reconsideration filed by Johnnie Mae Mitch ell following a bench trial which resulted in a judgment for defendant OsAir, Inc. (“OsAir”) on October 31, 1984. Mitchell asks this Court to reconsider its decision pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) (“Rule 60(b)”), because of recently developed case law holding that an employer is responsible for all acts of sexual harassment by its supervisory personnel, even when the employer does not have specific notice of the discriminatory conduct.
