OPINION

STRAS, Justice.

Based on a homicide that occurred during an aggravated robbery, a jury found appellant Nisius Dealvin McAllister guilty of first-degree premeditated murder and first-degree felony murder. The district court entered a judgment of conviction of first-degree premeditated murder, and sentenced McAllister to life imprisonment without the possibility of release.
