On the 13th day of March, 1945, the plaintiff filed a petition seeking an injunction, and on the same date a temporary restraining order was issued and the defendant, on. the 19th day oí March, 1945, was notified that the cause would come on for trial for a temporary injunction. On the 29th day of March, 1945, the court, after a hearing, entered an order denying the temporary injunction, and the plaintiff has appealed.
