*1243 This appeal involves a complicated property insurance coverage dispute between an insurer and a landlord claiming through its prior tenant, the named insured under the relevant policy. The insurer, Ace American Insurance Company ("Ace"), appeals the judgment of the district court granting summary judgment-and a coverage award of $1,133,918.93-to the landlord, The Wattles Company ("Wattles").
