THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ motion to dismiss (DE 24), to which Plaintiff responded (DE 27) and Defendants replied (DE 28). Plaintiff BTG Patent Holdings, LLC (“BTG”) brought this case against all Defendants—Bag2Go, GmbH (“Bag2Go”), Reh, Rimowa Distribution, Inc. (“RD”), and Rimowa, Inc. (“Ri-mowa US”)—for trademark infringement *1314and unfair competition under the Lanham Act and common law. (DE 1).
