MEMORANDUM OPINION

KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.

With the Court’s permission, Plaintiff Jamal J. Kifafi has filed a six-claim amended complaint, in which he alleges that the Defendants have violated various provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Class Certification. Mr. Kifafi seeks certification of two classes of former and current employees of Hilton Hotels Corporation who are entitled to benefits under the Hilton Hotels Retirement Plan.
