The parties, Time Warner Cable of New York City, a division of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. (hereinafter referred to as “Time Warner Cable” or “plaintiff’) and Freedom Electronics, Inc. (“Freedom Electronics, Inc.”), et al.
