OPINION
WOLFSON, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). In this civil rights case, plaintiff, Sara Baldwin, argues that creditworthiness is not a criterion which the Housing Authority of the City of Camden (“HACC”) may properly consider in determining a lower income individual’s eligibility for Section 8 assisted rental housing vouchers.
