This matter is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Liberty Healthcare Corporation, Jacqueline Bouyea, Robert Ritz, Brandon Ard, John Winburn, Craig Dunbar, Della Sheene, and Jamie Frantz.
