Currently before the Court is the defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings. According to the complaint, the plaintiff, David G. Finch (“Finch”), was discriminated against by defendant, Hercules Incorporated (“Hercules”), because of his age. Docket Item (“D.I.”) 1. Within his complaint, Finch has alleged two counts. His first count arises under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1990 & Supp.1992).
