On July 12, 2011, John and Vita Collins (“Plaintiffs”) filed this purported class action, alleging violations of state and federal law in connection with the foreclosure of real property. The defendants are Ma-comb County Sheriff Anthony Wickers-ham, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (‘Wells Fargo”), Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), the Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), and Writs, Inc.
