BECKER, Chief Judge.
This is a trade secret misappropriation case arising under our diversity jurisdiction and governed by Pennsylvania law. At trial, the defense to the misappropriation claim was the “independent development” of the allegedly misappropriated technique. This appeal by plaintiff appellant Larry R. Moore (“Moore”) from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendant Kulicke & Sofia Industries, Inc.
