Orndorff v. State

Appellant and his codefendants were jointly tried and convicted of capital murder and aggravated robbery. They were sentenced to death on the capital murder charge and to life imprisonment on the two aggravated-robbery charges. We affirmed on appeal, see Clines v. State, 280 Ark. 77, 656 S.W.2d 684 (1983), cert. denied, 465 U.S. 1051 (1984), and subsequently affirmed the denial of postconviction relief. See Clines v. State, 282 Ark. 541, 669 S.W.2d 883 (1984).
