NIEMEYER, Circuit Judge:

Douglas Lee Dunford was convicted, on fourteen counts for the illegal possession of six firearms and ammunition seized from his house. on October 4, 1995. The fourteen counts included one count for each firearm and one for the ammunition based on Dmi-ford’s status as a convicted felon and one count each for the same firearms and ammunition based on Dunford’s status as a drug user.
