Plaintiff, Michigan Association of Public Employees (mape), was denied its complaint for superintending control and motion for a stay of arbitration proceedings "for lack of merit in the grounds presented” by this Court’s order dated August 1, 1985 (Docket No. 85287). However, by order dated October 2, 1985, our Supreme Court remanded the case to this Court for consideration "as on leave granted.” 422 Mich 977 (1985).
