ORDER ON MOTION TO IMPOSE SANCTIONS (Doc. No. 17)

The matter under consideration is a Motion to Impose Sanctions for Violation of 11 U.S.C. § 524 (Doc. No. 17), filed by Paul S. and Belinda Kerbow Jones (Debtors), on May 31, 2002. The Debtors seek the imposition of sanctions against Annette Sandberg, Chief of the Washington State Patrol (State Patrol).
