Plaintiff-Debtor Charles Raymond Meyer seeks a determination that the Defendant Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) violated the discharge injunction by fading to pay him the full amount of unemployment benefits he claimed after having obtained a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge.
