GARDNER, Circuit Judge.

This is a suit brought by Sydnor Hall and W. E. Brownback, as trustees, against the People’s Public Service Company and the Consumers’ Utility Company, both corporations, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by the Consumers’ Utility Company to them as trustees for the Southeast Company, a corporation, securing the payment of a note for $75,000, executed by the Consumers’ Utility Company and the People’s Public Service Company.
