OPINION

REGINALD W. GIBSON, Judge:

This case comes before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment, plaintiffs’ opposition thereto, and defendant’s reply.1 The plaintiffs frame their cause of action as a breach of contract, alleging that a written employment (re-enlistment) contract between the U.S. Air Force and Mr. Beauchamp was breached which resulted in $1,000,000 in damages.
