Appeal by plaintiff from an order overruling a demurrer to portions of the answer.
Plaintiff is a Minnesota corporation licensed October 19, 1921, to transact a general old line life insurance business, in which it has been engaged ever since. It seeks recovery of moneys which it has paid defendant under the questioned contracts set up in the complaint. Plaintiff’s first board of directors consisted of Honorable J. A. A.
