MONTEITH, Chief Justice...This suit was brought by appellee V. P. Britton as administrator óf the estate'of J. H. Britton, deceased, against V. B. Mayes, surviving partner of the partnership of Mayes & Britton, for an accounting of the partnership, and for partition of the partnership properties, and for a judgment for money alleged to be due the estate of J.
