Pending after remand1 in this request for disability retirement from the Air Force are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment on the administrative record pursuant to RCFC 56.1. See Bannum, Inc. v. United States, 404 F.3d 1346, 1357 (Fed.Cir.2005). Plaintiff asks the court to review a decision of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records (“AFBCMR” or “Board”), denying him placement on the Temporary Disability Retirement List (“TDRL”).
