PETERSON, Justice.

At a jury trial in district court defendant, Steven F. Hamilton, was convicted of second-degree murder and aggravated robbery. On appeal from the judgment, defendant argues that (1) the trial court lost jurisdiction because the state failed to comply with the Uniform Mandatory Disposition of Detainers Act; (2) the indictment was duplicitous; (3) the trial court erred in admitting hearsay statements by an uncharged accomplice; and (4) the evidence was insufficient to support the jury’s guilty verdict as to second-degree murder.
