This case involves- the arbitration of a dispute in which Halliburton Company claims to have overpaid its share of tax liabilities related to. a corporate separation from its wholly-owned subsidiary, KBR, Inc. The parties agree that the dispute must be arbitrated, but they disagree as to which of two separate arbitration agreements governs certain aspects of the dispute.
