Herbert Whitlock (“Whitlock”), Stanley Wrice (‘Wrice”) and Bennie Lopez (“Lopez”), all of whom are currently in custody at State-ville Correctional Center (“Stateville”), have recently become the name plaintiffs in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”) action.
