The defendants, Orlikowski Construction Company, a corporation and Bruno B. Orlikowski, individually and d/b/a Orlikowski Construction Company (hereinafter referred to as Orlikowski) have filed an interlocutory appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 307(a)(1) (Ill. Rev.
