The plaintiff, Schlicksup Drug Company, Inc., an Illinois Corporation, brought an action in two Counts against the defendants, Harold F. Schlicksup Jr., John F. Schlicksup and Schlick, Inc., an Illinois Corporation. Count I was an action for damages and Count II sought a permanent injunction against the defendants. The Complaint was filed March 10, 1969.
