In December 2001, Information Technologies Consulting, Inc. owned by William Biber, and Duplicator Sales & Service Inc., d/b/a Derby City Lithographing, entered into a written contract under which Information Technologies agreed to perform consulting services for the design and implementation of computer network information technology and information systems.
