Faville, J.-
-The appellant and the appellee W. A. Halloran are brothers. At a time long prior to the events disclosed in the record, the appellant loaned to his brother, the appellee, a certain sum of. money, and on the 20th of September, 1921, the appellee confessed judgment in favor of the appellant in the district court of Polk County, Iowa, for the amount due on said indebtedness, in the sum of $2,284.
