National Union Fire Insurance Company (“National Union”) appeals the grant of a preliminary injunction that halted an ongoing arbitration proceeding with Savers Property and Casualty Insurance Company, et al. (collectively, “Meadow-brook”). Because arbitration’s essential virtue is resolving disputes straightaway, judicial review of arbitral awards is extremely narrow and exceedingly deferential.
