MEMORANDUM OPINION ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR TURNOVER

ARTHUR J. SPECTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

On June 20, 1990, the trustee filed a Motion for Turnover of Non-Exempt Savings and for Extension of Time to File Complaint Objecting to Discharge. In this motion, the trustee seeks an order requiring Timothy and Stephanie Idalski (“Debtors”) to turn over $5,166.23 to the estate.
