Two defendants in this condemnation action have .propounded, under Rule 33, Fed. Rules Civ.Proc., 28 U.S.C.A., to the Unit■ed States the following interrogatories:

“1. Is the entire farm of 275 acres being condemned in this proceeding necessary for the construction or maintenance of the Buggs Island dam ?
