OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, American Calendar Company, Inc., appeals the judgment entered by the Lake County Court of Common Pleas after it entered a default judgment in favor of appellee, Stradiot Specialty, Inc. We affirm.

{¶ 2} The parties' business relationship, out of which the underlying litigation arises, involved the sale and purchase of calendars. Appellee ordered calendars from Appellant on behalf of some of appellee's clients.
