¶ 1 This special action challenges the separate analyses of the Healthy Arizona Initiative-2 prepared by the Arizona Legislative Council and the Joint Legislative Budget Committee staff (JLBC) for inclusion in the Secretary of State’s voter information pamphlet. The court considered this case on an expedited basis, without oral argument, and issued its order accepting jurisdiction and granting relief on August 7, 2000.
