Plaintiffs Geoffrey and Diana Solter, husband and wife (“plaintiffs”), assert state law claims of negligence, recklessness and breach of contract arising from allegations that plaintiff Diana Solter’s health insurer, defendant Health Partners of Philadelphia, Ine. (“Health Partners”), and its agent, Doral Dental Services of Pennsylvania, Inc. (“Doral Dental”), wrongfully denied medically necessary treatment to Mrs. Solter, causing her injuries.
